Transferring documents from lever arch file to box file

From lever arch file to box file in no time. It’s never too late to switch to the convenience of Jalema products. And we’re making it even easier all the time. A good example of this is a new product we recently developed called the Jalema File Lifter. This clever device lets you quickly and easily transfer the contents of your lever arch files to a single JalemaClip or JalemaClipex, letting you store the documents in a box file. The File Lifter consists of two simple red slide-on connectors that are used to transfer documents from a lever arch file mechanism to a JalemaClip. The contents can then be placed in a box file, but with the added advantage of the JalemaClip, i.e. easy copying, insertion and removal of documents.

How to use the File-lifter:
1. Put the 2 slide-on connectors on the end of the extension with compressor.
2. Place the extension with the slide-on connectors on the file mechanism and slide the paper from the mechanism to the extension.
3. Remove the slide-on connectors from the extension.
4. Attach the base.
5. Close the mechanism.
6. The contents are now kept together tidily and can be placed in the file box.

Design your own Clip

Until now, the JalemaClip was only available in a number of standard colours. But this is no longer so: you can now design your own JalemaClip. This means that you can have a JalemaClip made that bears your own logo or text, or a JalemaClip in your corporate colour.

The compressor and the the extension are available in a number of standard RAL colours.

JALEMACLIPEX for permanent storage The JalemaClipex combines the many functional properties of the standard JalemaClip with the characteristics of a mechanism for the permanent storage of files. The JalemaClipex is a flexible mechanism without softening agents. It is also PVC- and acid-free. Softeners can affect documents that have to be kept for a long time. With the special composition of a new raw material, these softeners can now be left out of the flexible holder. Even after being kept for more than a 100 years, this mechanism will not affect the papers it holds. The flexible JalemaClipex is also a mechanism that causes no mechanical damage to the valuable document files. For recognition purposes the JalemaClipex has been given a different colour: petrol - white.  Art.nr. 5720049
